

- 1 large apple, diced
- 2 tsp apple pie spice, or a mixture of cinnamon, nutmeg & ginger
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- Squeeze of lemon juice
- 1/3 cup Yishi Sweet Osmanthus Oatmeal
- 2 tbsp oat flour
- 2 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp olive oil, or any kind of preferred fat
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Add all Apple Filling ingredients into a bowl, mixing until well combined
- In a separate bowl, add all Crumble Topping ingredients into a bowl, mixing until well combined
- Fill oven-safe ramekins with Apple Filling
- Top with Crumble Topping
- Bake for about 15 minutes, checking occasionally
- Let cool and top with ice cream, optional, but highly recommended <3

- 1 serving Yishi Toasted Black Sesame Oatmeal
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
-
2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 3/4 cup milk of choice
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Preheat waffle iron
- Prepare Yishi Toasted Black Sesame Oatmeal, instructions on back of cup
- Add all Dry Ingredients into a bowl, mixing until well combined
- In a separate bowl, add all Wet Ingredients, mixing until well combined
- Note, this mixture does not include Toasted Black Sesame Cereal
- Fold Dry Ingredients into Wet Ingredients
- Using a figure-eight motion with spoon and being sure to scoop dry ingredients from the bottom
- Mix until combined
- Add a heaping spoonful or two of the mixture onto waffle iron
- Add Toasted Black Sesame Cereal swirl to mixture.
- Note, for the best swirl, sandwich Toasted Black Sesame oatmeal in between a few tablespoons of waffle batter and use a toothpick or chopstick to swirl throughout
- Cook according to waffle iron instructions
- Top with fruits, nuts, yogurt, syrup, or whatever makes you happy <3

- 1/2 Acorn Squash
- 1 serving Taro Bubble Tea Oatmeal
- Vegetable Oil, or any kind of preferred fat
- Microwave squash for 1 minute, to make it easier to cut
- Cut acorn squash in half, remove seeds with a spoon
- Oil squash, lightly
- Place squash in air fryer at 400 degrees // or preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Cook for 15 minutes in air fryer // or cook for 1 hour 15 minutes in oven
- Before squash if fully cooked, prepare your Yishi Taro Bubble Tea Oatmeal
- Once squash is soft, remove from oven and dollop oatmeal into the center
- Enjoy warm <3

- 1/3 cup Yishi Matcha Latte Oatmeal
- 1 tbsp nut butter
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp matcha powder, optional
- Add all ingredients to a bowl, mixing well until thoroughly combined
- Roll the mixture into small bowls, using the palms of your hands
- Make them however big or small you prefer
- Enjoy immediately after making them, or pop them in the fridge to cool <3

- 1/3 cup Yishi Toasted Black Sesame Oatmeal
- 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk, or any non-dairy milk
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3 squares dark chocolate
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Add all ingredients to a bowl, mixing well until thoroughly combined
- Pour oatmeal batter into oven safe dish, like a large ramekin
- Add chocolate squares into the middle of wet mixture
- Bake for 20 minutes
- Enjoy warm <3
