My Sweet Osmanthus Oatmeal tastes like creamy, vanilla soy milk with a smooth, floral blend and a nutty twist. Sweet Osmanthus is a flower traditionally used to make Chinese tea, jams and cakes. It's such a calming, comforting flavor, I knew I had to introduce it to you. Enjoy!
All of our oatmeal flavors start with a base of organic gluten-free oats, flax seeds, hemp seeds, and almonds and then we added functional ingredients such as turmeric, osmanthus flower, and almonds to add additional flavor and functional benefits.
USDA organic certified. Tested and confirmed gluten free in our quality control laboratory. All of these ingredients are very nutritious, rich in minerals and vitamins.

1. Add 1/3 cup of water and 1/3 cup of oatmeal to a microwave-safe bowl.
2. Microwave for 1-2 minutes.
3. Stir and let stand for 1-2 minutes before eating.
Frequently Asked Questions
High expectations not quite met
I actually ordered one of each of the flavors of Yishi oatmeal, and while I liked the base of these flavors, I have to say that they were much too sweet for my entire family. We have ended up mixing three parts regular oatmeal to one part of the Yishi oatmeal mix in order to be able to eat it. I'd like to like it more, but unless Yishi starts offering minimally sweet or unsweetened versions, I'm afraid we probably won't be getting more for now. Great idea, but just not for us.

I love love this flavor. I also love the black sesame. I cannot decide which I move more. I haven't tried the red bean. I'm not sure if I will. I guess I could enjoy one flavor for breakfast, another for lunch, and another for dinner. That's it...I'm putting myself on a Yishi diet
I found this oatmeal to be too mushy. Other than that, it tasted good. Esp liked sesame flavor. Just not for me.
