All of our oatmeal flavors starts with a base of organic gluten-free oats, flax seeds, hemp seeds, and almonds and then we added functional ingredients such as black sesame seeds, taro, red adzuki bean, osmanthus flower, and matcha to add additional flavor and functional benefits.

Directions
1. Add 1/3 cup of water and 1/3 cup of oatmeal to a microwave-safe bowl.
2. Microwave for 1-2 minutes.

These oatmeal (or just 'Meal' cups really) are fantastic!! I love them for breakfast, but also for an afternoon snack when blood sugar gets low, or even for lunch / dinner when I'm on the run. WOW!! They are packed with so much goodness to keep me sustained and going and feeling my best. Thank you!!!! =)

I ordered samples of the red bean berry, taro bubble tea, and black sesame. Each flavour was on point! So tasty, reminding me of the flavours that I grew up with, and even in my boba tea shop-frequenting university days. I shared bites with my husband who does not have the same cultural food background, and he thought they were excellent and indulgent as well. I will add that I'm not keen on stevia, or erythritol as a sweetener replacements because they typically taste funky to my tastebuds .. But I will say that it was barely noticeable in these! Well done, YíShì! Plan on ordering more for my family and friends to try.

The flavors are really good, but the sweetener is too dominant. On its own, it’s way too sweet. So I used half a cup, mixed with oats and milk. Perfect!! To the product development team: work on your sweetener blend, this one isn’t right.

They grow on you! Initially thought some of them were too sweet, especially the taro bubble tea and the red bean berry but they're all unique and tasty. We found that we preferred to add an equal amount of plain oats and found this satisfying and filling, didn't even need to add milk. Wishing your company continued success!
