Ingredients:
1 Yishi Red Bean Berry oatmeal cup
¼ banana
1 egg
½ tsp baking powder
2-3 tbsp almond milk
Mix oatmeal, banana, baking powder and egg together. Add a splash of almond milk until it’s a slightly liquidy texture. Let batter sit for 5-7 minutes to thicken. Meanwhile, heat a skillet on medium heat. Pour batter until it reaches the desired size. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until lightly browned.

Ingredients:
1 Yishi Red Bean Berry Cup
3 tbsp unsalted butter, cold, cubed
¼ cup flour
Sprinkle of salt
Add all ingredients to a medium bowl, and use a pastry cutter or your hands to combine. The butter should be fully incorporated with no dry, sandy patches remaining.Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over your favorite fruit crisp or pie. Bake according to the recipe. The topping is baked through when it’s lightly browned and crunchy.

6. Muffin Cup

Ingredients:
1 Yishi Foods Red Bean Berry cup
1 egg
¼ cup mashed banana/apple sauce
1 tsp baking powder
Microwave for 60-90 seconds. 

7. Granola

Ingredients:
1/2 cup plain rolled oats
1 Yishi Red Bean Berry oatmeal cup
1/2 cup nuts
1/8 cup oil
1/8 cup liquid sweetener
Preheat the oven to 300F. Mix all ingredients together until well combined. Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15. Remove, let cool, and store in an air-tight container.

8. Red Bean Berry Spread

Ingredients:
2 Yishi Red Bean Berry Cups
½ cup nuts
1.5 tbsp maple syrup
¼ teaspoon salt
Optional: 1-2 tbsp coconut oil (for smoother texture)
Spread rolled oats & walnuts on a parchment-lined baking tray and bake for 8-10 minutes at 320ºF, turning/stirring halfway. Add all ingredients except the maple to a high-speed blender or food processor and blend into a smooth, creamy mixture (10-15 minutes). 

9. Energy Bites

Ingredients:
1 Yishi Red Bean Berry Oatmeal Cup
1 TBSP peanut butter
1 TBSP maple syrup
Mix together. Roll into balls. Enjoy!

10. Red Bean Berry Loaf

Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 Red Bean Berry Oatmeal Cup
1/4 cup + 1 TBSP turbinado sugar 
1 TBSP baking powder
1/2 TSP salt
6 TBSP diced cold butter 
1 cup heavy cream, plus extra to brush top
Whisk flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Work in butter with your fingers, then stir in heavy cream to make a dough. Transfer to parchment-lined 9x5in loaf pan, brush with heavy cream and sprinkle with 1 TBSP sugar. Bake at 400F until golden, 35-45 minutes.
