All of our oatmeal flavors start with a base of organic gluten-free oats, flax seeds, hemp seeds, and almonds and then we added functional ingredients such as matcha, coconuts, and almonds to add additional flavor and functional benefits.

1. Remove lid and Add 1/3 cup of water
2. Microwave for 90 seconds.

I'm Excited for This Product, So I'll Try The Bag Form Next
I think I need to try the bagged version next. The cup is either filled with shredded oats or no oats at all, because every time I've followed the instructions there was exceed liquid and minimal visible oats. After the second failed attempt of preparing the cup oats as instructed, I decided to make it on the stove. I added about .5 tsp of vinegar to the boiling water to cut the sweetness as well as 2 tbsp of rolled oats. After I did this, it was enjoyable! Next time I'll try adding some fruit!
This is my favorite flavor out of the three I tried. I usually prepare it the day before with some oat milk for overnight oats. It's a good source of energy in the morning.
I was surprised by just how much I loved this oatmeal, since I don’t like stevia. I didn’t taste the stevia like I normally would expect. The flavors were wonderful, and the coconut milk made it really creamy. Felt very nourishing. Thank you for the sample!
