Directions

1. Add 1/3 cup of water and 1/3 cup of oatmeal to a microwave-safe bowl.

I love starting the day off with these, but find the stevia flavor in all of them, particularly the black sesame, a little strong.

We also love starting out the day with a cup of Yishi oatmeal (: You're not alone in your sensitivity to the stevia, and we are currently testing a new formulation that uses less of it in hopes the taste will be less dominant. In the meantime though, we recommend adding a pinch of regular oats to your oatmeal if you feel it's a bit overpowering, as it adds nice balance. With love & oatmeal, The Yishi Team

Sugar Alcohol Bad Taste

The sugar alcohol in the oatmeal is WAY too strong that you can't even taste the actual flavors. I mixed some plain oats with it, but it still doesn't mask the bad taste. Please make a natural sweetner oatmeal like date sugar or coconut sugar! I know sweetness is subjective for everyone, but I read a lot of honest reviews and saw a lot of the same complaints. Please take those into consideration because we want to keep supporting this business!

Disappointing

I had high hopes for this but in my opinion the formula is still a work in progress. The oatmeal is described to be creamy by the creator but my experience is opposite.... the texture is very grainy due to the high amount of ground hemp, chia and flax seeds. And it's the same reason the oatmeal has a dry and bitter taste. There is definitely a pronounced sugar alcohol flavor that lingers unpleasantly like other reviews have stated. Again I think that's for hiding the bitter taste of the ground seeds. I would purchase again in a heartbeat if they take away the ground seeds altogether, then it might truly be as creamy as it smells. What a shame how good it smells and how it tastes are totally different. I purchased the three bestsellers bundle and they all have the same problem. I really really hope the creator revises the formula. There is no reason whatsoever to have ground seeds in a taro bubble tea.
