Exceptions / non-returnable items
Consumable and perishable types of items cannot be returned. Due to Covid-19, all consumable-related products are final sale for the safety and handling of all parties involved.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your product was expired by the date you have received it, you may be eligible for a refund.
If your product was damaged and the packaging was tampered with, you may also be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
We may offer refunds for only specific cases listed above. To be eligible for a refund, you will need a receipt or proof of purchase.
We cannot accept returns or refund gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
