Wonderfully fruity, my Red Bean Berry Oatmeal is the dessert-for-breakfast I’ve always craved (and so, therefore, had to make!). Bursting with goji berries, dates, and cherries, this berry-red oatmeal is packed with cleansing antioxidants. I hope it sparks joy, in the way only a favorite dessert can!
All of our oatmeal flavors start with a base of organic gluten-free oats, flax seeds, hemp seeds, and almonds and then we added functional ingredients such as adzuki beans, red dates, goji berries, cherries, and almonds to add additional flavor and functional benefits.
USDA organic certified. Tested and confirmed gluten free in our quality control laboratory. All of these ingredients are very nutritious, rich in minerals and vitamins.

1. Add 1/3 cup of water and 1/3 cup of oatmeal to a microwave-safe bowl.
2. Microwave for 1-2 minutes.
3. Stir and let stand for 1-2 minutes before eating.

Lovely Take on Oatmeal
I ordered samples of the red bean berry, taro bubble tea, and black sesame. Each flavour was on point! So tasty, reminding me of the flavours that I grew up with, and even in my boba tea shop-frequenting university days. I shared bites with my husband who does not have the same cultural food background, and he thought they were excellent and indulgent as well. I will add that I'm not keen on stevia, or erythritol as a sweetener replacements because they typically taste funky to my tastebuds .. But I will say that it was barely noticeable in these! Well done, YíShì! Plan on ordering more for my family and friends to try.

This oatmeal felt fruity without being too sweet. I really enjoyed this because it tasted healthy and delicious.
I tried all flavors at first with the variety pack and this was one of my favorites, so I had to get more! I love adding some goji berries or extra red bean paste. I like that it isn't too sweet and also it doesn't get gluey as it cools down, it keeps a thinner, more porridge like consistency that I really prefer. Such a nice start to my day!

I was never an oatmeal person but after trying Yishi I get so excited when waking up to have a cup of red bean oatmeal. Seriously! It just taste so comforting. Plus it's super easy & quick to prepare. I love to put slices of strawberry in my red bean oatmeal cup as it adds a bit of tartness to the sweet red bean taste. I am going to stock up on these so I never have to miss a morning without this oatmeal :)
