Our oatmeal flavors start with a base of gluten-free oats and flax seeds, and then we add functional ingredients like taro, blueberries, chia seeds, and black tea to create delicious, unique flavors.

Directions

I love the reformulation of this flavor! The original was also very good but I am not a fan of the no-calorie sweeteners so I prefer this version with cane sugar. The oatmeal is so creamy and rich and not too sweet. It is so convenient and quick to make in the morning when I feel too tired to put together breakfast. Plus I admire the way Yishi is run and it is a company I feel great about supporting :)
