1/2 cup Taro Bubble Tea Oatmeal
2-3 tbsp Almond milk
Blend oatmeal, egg, and banana in a blender. Add almond milk until it's a slightly runny consistency. Let the mixture sit for 5-10 minutes to thicken up. In the meantime, heat up a pan on medium heat. Pour pancake batter to desired size and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden.
Consume immediately with desired toppings - I recommend fruit, whipped cream, and maple syrup (or freeze for later)!
