3 tbsp melted butter
4 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla
⅓ cup flour
¼ cup Yishi Foods Toasted Black Sesame Oatmea
l¼ tsp baking soda
½ cup XCJ’s Jasmine Green Tea Icecream


Preheat the oven to 350F. Cream together melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Beat in egg yolks and vanilla. Gently mix in flour, black sesame oatmeal, and baking soda until well combined. The batter should be pretty thick. Lightly grease a 6.5in cast iron skillet. Pour in the mixture and bake for 15-18 minutes or until lightly browned. The cookie will continue to cook in the hot skillet. Let cool for 10 minutes and add Jasmine Green Tea ice cream on top.
