Historically the Mid-Autumn Festival was celebrated to commemorate the year’s bountiful harvest, but is now a time to spend with family, friends, and loved ones. Also, undoubtably the best time to eat some delicious mooncakes! Here’s our attempt at making baked oatmeal-infused red bean paste filled ‘mooncakes’! How did we do? 🤔
